The CCD has been asked by the Senate Finance Committee of Puerto Rico to help it to develop a package of reforms that would discourage future over-reliance on debt as a government funding mechanism.  We will shortly complete a memorandum of understanding with the committee in anticipation of future collaboration on reform projects.
